1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.
- Free Shipping is available on orders over ₹1000.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship internationally.
- Certain products (such as medications) may have shipping restrictions based on location.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted addresses.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
- If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the damaged package and items to process a replacement or refund.
