1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return following our return policy.

2. Return & Refund Policy for Veterinary Products
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Perishable items (e.g., pet food) and prescription medications cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
Return Process

- Ship the item back to our designated return address. (Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.)
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund within 2-3 business days.
Refunds

- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Veterinary Services
