Refund and Cancellation Policy

At LK Vet Care, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with our veterinary products and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return following our return policy.

2. Return & Refund Policy for Veterinary Products

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Perishable items (e.g., pet food) and prescription medications cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
Return Process

  2. Ship the item back to our designated return address. (Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.)
  3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund within 2-3 business days.
Refunds
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy for Veterinary Services

  • Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [X] hours before the scheduled appointment to receive a full refund.
  • No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
